America’s ethnic, cultural and religious diversity is a great strength and that strength is clearly evident in our public schools, the one place where children from all backgrounds can come together – to share ideas, to play, study and learn.
New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) represents more than 600,000 people who work in or are retired from New York state’s schools, colleges and health care facilities.
